Bon Appetit! The International Bacchus Society announces its call for submissions! From Chocolate Soufflé to Blackberry Sorbet, from Lamb with Morels to Salad Provencale, from Pesto Fettuccine to Smoked Salmon Crostini, we invite you to submit your most scrumptious recipe(s) for consideration in our Bacchus Society Cookbook. Whether your recipe is unique to your country of origin, from your Mom's kitchen, inspired by your favorite restaurant or something from your imagination, we would be delighted to have a taste.

The Bacchus Society Cookbook will feature a collection of culinary delights from around the world, including a wide array of delicious appetizers, salads, main courses, side dishes and desserts. The cookbook will represent a kaleidoscope of flavors and will bring out the creative chef in all of us, with both innovative and traditional recipes that will enhance any dining menu.

The Bacchus Society is proud to support its partner charities in this endeavor. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbooks will benefit all participating non-profit organizations. If your recipe is selected, your non-profit organization will have the opportunity to have its own information page in the cookbook and to raise money through cookbook sales. Your group will receive $10.00 for each cookbook sold through your organization.
